Without seeing it seems that your theme doesn’t implement the necessary body_class() function that is necessary to add classes.

What is your site url so I can confirm this?
Also check for any javascript errors in the console.
p.s- You could have opened a support topic instead this negative review, it’s a bit unfair to all the work that I have and the kind of support I do.
