Hi, It’s working fine in WordPress 4.1. You also need to enable “Maintenance Mode” in the plugin settings. Have you done that?
I think you’re right. I ended up installing another similar plugin and at first it didn’t work, until I enabled it. So I must have jumped the gun and I assume this plugin works just fine. My mistake. However, you guys should probably be a little more detailed in your instructions to avoid confusion for noobs like me.
Thank you so much for your feedback. I will try to make the instructions more clear. Since it’s not a bug in the plugin can you please change the rating? I don’t want new users to think it’s a broken plugin.
I tried changing the rating but it doesnt let me. Do you have another method of doing this?
I just installed this plugin on a brand new wordpress install. the first thing I did was activate it, go to the plugin settings and hit enable. Site still shows up..
FWIW, I LOVE this plugin. Eezy-peezy. And works brilliantly!
Just to be sure – when you enable the plug-in, your site will still show up IF you are logged in, of course. How else would you develop. After enabling, open in “incognito mode”, or in a different browser, where you are NOT logged into WordPress. Should work just fine.
