it was just a real let down to have the app stall out when uploading. I was counting on wpvivid, but it didn’t come through.

    Hello,

Thanks for reaching out! To help you best, we need a little more information. We’re currently unable to identify the issue based on your description.

To help us narrow down the problem, could you clarify a few things?
Did you encounter the issue while uploading backups to cloud storage during the backup process? If so, what was the exact error message you saw during the upload phase? You can find this information in the backup error log.

Were you manually uploading backups from your source site to your target site using WPvivid, and that’s when you faced the issue? If the problem occurred during the site migration process, we recommend uploading the backup directly to your target site’s /wp-content/wpvividbackups directory using an FTP client or cPanel file manager for restoration.

    Kind regards.

I encountered the issue while uploading backups from my computer previously downloaded. There was no error message; after line 66 or so in the restore phase, the program just locked me out. When it presented the new wp login page the password did not work. 3 times trying to restore, it locked me out and the password did not work. Thus I had to begin again with a new wp instance. Ultimately, I had to hire a freelancer to restore the entire site at $700 dollars.

I will take a look if there is an error log.
