Hi,
The plugin only reports broken images, not missing ones.
If you’ve added an image – either by uploading it or using an external URL – and that image is later deleted or becomes unavailable, the plugin will detect it and include it in its report.
However, if no image was ever added to the content (or image link), the plugin won’t report anything, because it only checks for existing image references that are now broken.
Hi,
yes, I understand.
I had website with images on all pages. I deleted all images from FTP. Than I run your plugin and it says: “No broken images!”
Despite all images on all pages are not showing ❌ because don’t exist.
On second website, your plugin shows 5 Broken image URLs but all images on that URLs are OK (HTTP 200, everything allright). But it doesn’t show images which were deleted from FTP and are shown in the posts only as ❌
Both tested without any other plugin to prevent plugin conflict.
Please is there a way to fix it?

Also, your plugin is suspiciously fast – on website with 2500 posts and 11000 images scan takes only about 10 seconds.
How does your plugin detect broken images? – Because the images which your plugin doesn’t find are not in database and not on FTP. Only internal links in srcset in posts to non-existing image.
