What site and page are you using it on?
Can you try this updated version of the plugin? https://github.com/macbookandrew/cf7-google-analytics/archive/v1.3.0.zip
Deactivate and remove the old version before installing and activating this.

It’s not working either.
Can you double-check that the v1.3 is activated? It should be adding a Javascript file on the page, and I’m not seeing it. Maybe clear your site’s cache, if you have any caching enabled?
V1.3 is activated and I’ve clear the cache.

Please check your Google Analytics logs to see if you’re getting the data on that end.

@maruferrer Are you still not seeing any events under Behavior > Events with the event category “Contact Form”?
I just tested the contact form at http://www.storagecompat.com.ar/contacto/ and it’s sending data to Google Analytics: 
when the form is submitted.
@danielgc What URL is the contact form you’re using?
