It refused to work

    I downloaded, changed the settings in wordpress to https every time I click activate I just get the message “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page” as admin who is allowed if not me?, I have removed and replace with “Really Simple SSL” plugin which worked first time.
    I have the bare amount of other plugins installed so not sure what was up with it
