@benik67 just checked your site on SSLlabs.com:
https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=maitrelucas.fr
Your certificate is fine. There is one issue, which is that your hosting provider supports older insecure versions of TLS. You can ask them to remove that. (TLS 1.0 and 1.1).
The results on securityheaders.com are not about your certificate, but about security headers. You don’t seem to have these enabled. Setting these headers is not (and has never been) part of the free version of the plugin. Please check this article for information on how to set security headers on your site:

Hello,
Thanks for your quick answer, I have the really simple SSL pro and it is enabled. It had always worked.
Thanks in advance for your help.

@benik67 please contact us on https://really-simple-ssl.com/support, as we’re not allowed to discuss the premium plugin here.
then we can sort it out quickly.
Hi @benik67 and community,
This was resolved via our e-mail support channel.
The file that contains the Security Headers (advanced-headers.php) had not yet been created on the user’s site. Switching between the “Method to set security headers” caused the file to become generated, and immediately resolved the issue.
Kind regards,
Jarno
