    If you use certain plug-ins on your site… namely SiteOrigin and WooCommerce, it just won’t migrate it… and if the software doesn’t work, they will not issue the $69 that you paid for working software… they will want access to your servers… not… I don’t know what they would be doing and if they just patched it and something really FUBAR’ed, I would be screwed as I wouldn’t know how or why something quit working… just nope.

    Five hours later… migrated servers… I am doing it manually…

    The plugin supports both SiteOrigin and WooCommerce. We do QA daily with both of these and other plugins to ensure that backups and transfers work.

    If you could kindly try and stay positive, while working with our support, I am sure you will have a pleasant experience.

    Hi

    I was dubious about this program working after seeing a message that it may not work on large sites. Well, I have just downloaded my site and the resulting file is 6GB. I haven’t checked but I would image the greatest percentage of this is in MP3 podcasts. The site uses a child of the Woo Canvas theme and it also has SiteOrigin plugins. I haven’t yet tried importing this particular migration but an earlier version of it imported to another destination about two months ago without any dramas.

    Hope you soon get your problems resolved.

    Hi

    Put it down to old age. I must have excluded the media files from the original export and copied them across manually via ftp in view of the 512Mb file limit on the free version.
