    Just updated WP version but this wasn’t working before. When I inport from ebay, it is not loading any item conditions but the specifics are there. I would also like to know how to remove the auctiva specifics at the end of my pages, this is what the current import looks like and I would like to leave the pics, remove the please read everything, leave the body, then remove the “we do not wash” and down:

    The merchandise we offer was previously available in a retail environment- please note that the item may possess one or more price tags and/or stickers indicating multiple markdowns, may need to be washed or dry-cleaned before wearing due to handling or trying on in department stores, used for display purposes, tags removed, dropped on the floor, etc. In addition, since most of the items are sent through a reverse supply chain (e.g. from a retailer back to a centralized warehouse) they can show signs of further handling. We do our best to describe each item as accurately as possible, and we attempt to make note of any major flaws that we find. But it sounds like you are importing from eBay to Woocommerce, is that right? if so, you should submit a ticket with your email you used to purchase our plugin(s), requests and examples for us to examine, along with your dashboard URL, and admin login credentials so one of our developers can setup your import settings for you here: https://www.wplab.com/request-support/

    This forum is specifically for WP-Lister Lite for eBay, not the Import from eBay to Woocommerce plugin.

    I did just submit another with the link you provided. I am not sure but I believe same email address. It was shortly after I purchased both items and honestly, I am just glad to hear back and hopefully I can get this worked out so I can use at max capacity.
