When I click add to cart for an item, it goes to the cart but the cart is empty.

Also, the picture that I uploaded when I created the item is not showing up next to the item.

Not sure what you have done. Many people changes the plugin created pages ( inspite of telling it NOT to do in several times) which causes this.

Anyway, send me your admin details. Can have a look and fix it.

Resolved. The issue was that the original developer removed <?php wp_head(); ?> from the template. Not sure why….
