It’s not adding subscribers

The [email protected] will only show when the visitor did not check the Privacy Consent box in order for you to add them to your list.

You can disable the privacy fields entirely via Popup Maker > Settings > Privacy.

If you want the consent, you would have to mark it as required, so they cannot submit without consent.
