It looks like you’re using Cloudways NGINX server, right?

While our PDA Lite version supports most NGINX-based hosting providers, it may not work on all NGINX servers.

For specific hosting providers like Cloudways, which comes with a heavy server cache, you’ll need our PDA Gold plugin.

Actually, the Nginx server will cache your static content including all your WordPress file uploads.
Excluding protected files from Varnish caching wouldn’t be enough.

For our file protection to work properly there, you’ll need to use our Keep Raw URLs option, which is available in our PDA Gold version.
