Sorry to hear that you’re having issues with Custom Sidebars, would you mind opening a support ticket so we can try to troubleshoot this further and possibly try to improve your experience with the plugin 🙂
P.S. If the theme that you’re using is having any sort of functionality to add custom sidebars there is a good chance that Custom Sidebars won’t work.

Scroll down to the bottom of page and you will see a for where you can submit new thread.
