On the bottom of the Email Users settings page (Dashboard > Settings > Email Users) there is a section for Email Users Integrations. What is the status column for “Groups” say? If it says “disabled” then ItThinx must have changed something so the integration is no longer recognized.
Nevermind. I figured it out.
It is so annoying to when google sends me to a page where someone else complained about the same problem, AND says they figured it out, BUT doesn’t bother to describe the solution.
There should be a punishment for this behavior ;o)
Mirgcire – Sorry about that, I hate it when people do that too. I remember I figured it out by disabling all other plugins and it worked. I don’t remember what plugin was the conflict, but I do remember that it was a plugin conflict that caused the issue.
