iTunes Feed Submission Issues

I am having trouble getting my podcast sent to iTunes. After taking down all of my previously working content, I then put up new content, with a mix of new and old pictures. I tried two types of posts, both of which are up on the site now. The first is a regular post type, with the podcast associated with the post. The second is a podcast posted from the Seriously Simple App.

Additionally, I tried taking off my theme, deactivating all of my plugins, and installing a genereic Twenty Seventeen theme. That results in a valid XML (https://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.twojews.co%2Ffeed%2Fpodcast&charset=%28detect+automatically%29&doctype=Inline&group=0), but that XML also doesn’t have a doctype.

Here is my goal: I would like to put my content back up and have a picture associated with my posts in a way that allows me to both overcome these errors, and also get my podcast back up on iTunes. Pls halp.
