Iubenda is one of the most used platforms for privacy and cookie policy integration. (it is an annual paid service)
Their plugin for wordpress, gives the possibility to integrate it and collect GDPR consent and document opt-ins for web forms (woocommerce, contact form 7, comment etc..) but it does not detect forms created with forminator. here in this link you can see how it works.

Thanks for the information. Looking at the documentation provided, it seems that their plugin connects to their services, and detects any compatible form which then automatically appears in their panel. From there, you have to map the fields of the form in that panel, from which I assume the submitted data is sent to their services. I don’t see any options to manually add a form, you have to rely that the Iubenda plugin detects it, and since they don’t mention our plugin, we can assume our form plugin is not supported by them yet.
Two options here, you can request them to add support to Forminator, which would take a way. The other option is to try with a Forminator Webhook integration, using a 3rd party service, like Zappier, to send data to Iubenda when a form is submitted. Services like that have support to send that to Iubenda, in order to, for example, add a new Consent or update a previous one.

The Iubenda technicians answered me like this:Unfortunately, forminator is not among the forms that we support through the plugin.The alternative is to use WPForms or Elementor forms or Contact Form 7.
Otherwise, the simplest way in this case is Zapier: https://www.iubenda.com/en/help/66023-zapier-consent-solution-integration which however does not seem to automatically manage forminator, even if there are various tutorials on YouTube.It allows you to have an integration without the need for programming.
