I've found a bug.

I created a taxonomy using types plugin width ‘show_in_nav_menus’ checked. Also created some items under it. I added taxonomy items to the Menu.

Then I created a new user (Administrator), and logged in using it. Then I had to edit the menu items. But I can’t see taxonomy I created earlier there. But ‘show_in_nav_menus’ is still checked.
