Izettle not Syncing to WordPress

Izettle plugin connected successfully but stock not syncing. I cannot see even a manual button to sync manually. I have emailed log details but not heard back? I’ve spent 2 days desperatly looking in the settings area to see if I’m missing something but nothing is standing out thats obvious.
I desperately need to get this resolved asap so I can start fully trading again in my business. Thank you
