Hi @arsenalemusica ,
Sorry about that. It was a mistake.
Let us continue to support you.
I installed Filebird… but are you sure it’s working? After a few successfull moves, the files are now not dropping into the folder anymore. They just stay in the “all media” folder, and if you are able to move them, the page number doesn’t reduce.
=> Since FileBird helps create virtual folders, files are always in “All files”, you can see the deduction in “Uncategorized” folder after moving files.
Moreover, how does the “every user has media folders” integrate with a multivendor marketplace that already has that in place? (namely WCMP)
=> We have not tested with that plugin but if you open that option, each admin user who can access the Media Library can create their own folders. They can see all files in “All files” folder too
Oh, one more, uninstalling Filebird doesn’t wipe out the database table as ANY plugin should do.
=> To erase all FileBird database, clear all data following this guide before you delete FileBird https://ninjateam.gitbook.io/filebird/how-to-reset-library-to-default
Let me know if you still have any question.
Best regards,
Kelly

Thank you for re-surrecting my queries. 🙂
The page number and database issues are cleared. Regarding the multivendor, my vendors don’t have admin access but manage their media from the frontend (though the interface is the same as WordPress). Do you think it would conflict somehow?
I’m asking because I always had serious breakages with other “media folder” plugins and this time I won’t take risks in testing.. if you know what I mean 🙂
Hi,
You do not need to take the risk on your live site. You can create a staging site for testing.
Best regards,
