Javascript and Cookie Error when Opting In

    I am testing my Opt-In box by FatCat on my webpage (www.createahappylovelife.com) in Chrome and in Firefox but I get an error below,

    “ERROR: Sorry, there was an error. Please be sure JavaScript and Cookies are enabled in your browser and try again.”

    My Javascript and Cookies are enabled in both my browsers. How do I fix this?

    Hi,
    I have tested your popup form using chrome and firefox but did not see the issue appear?

    Are you still experiencing this issue on your website?

    I have the same problem.

    SecretCaps.com on the sidebar.

    Any help here?
