    Hi guys,

My contact form 7 plugin is not working, see website http://www.nldance.nl. The error message says that Javascript is not enabled and cookies should be allowed via the browser.

I have this issue on every browser, IE, Safari, Chrome and Firefox. Maybe something to do with the older WP version or the theme Zenon Lite I use?

Can anyone advice me how to fix this? Thanks in advance for helping me out (y)!

I didn’t see such errors on the site.

Please take a look at the screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/vYoGTxGCbu

Check your settings in the browsers and make sure javascript and cookies are enabled

    Hi Komas,

Yes, both are default enabled. Still got the error.

Are you able to use the contact form without any problem?

    No I am not.
This isn’t browser related, on my own site I am able to use cf7 normal.

Sorry, I mean are you able to use the contact form on my website?

Sorry, read it wrong, just edited my answer

Any other suggestions what might cause this issue? What I’ve done so far:

    – Updated it to the newest WP version
    – Deactivate and reactivate the plugins
    – Just made the latest update of the plugin CF7 (think this was just released?)

My guess is that the newest version of cf7 causes it.
As I said (and edited), I have no problems with my own forms with version 4.2.

And yes, the newest version was released about 13 hours ago.

That error is not from Contact Form 7. Try deactivating all other plugins and switching to the default theme to find out what is outputting the error.

    Hi guys,

Problem fixed. Tried deactivating and activating all the plugins again, this time with the CF7 plugin also updated. So it seems that NextGen Gallery plugin was causing the issue.

Thanks for all the info and suggestions, very much appreciated!
