Upon checking, I found out that, you’ve set to show the Yes/No view, while the Yes/No view is available to use with our Plus or higher plan: https://a.supportally.com/i/hLPkKg.
Browse to Display Rules >> Conditions within Edit Campaign page and set to show the Optin view and your campaign should start appearing as expected: https://a.supportally.com/i/IgqUSn.

Our dev team is currently working on fixing Yes/No view issue to be moved to the higher plan levels 🙂
If you wish to use the Yes/No view, I recommend you to upgrade to the Plus plan.

Would you simply rename the Yes/No View in your campaign to something else?
That will fully resolve this error.
