Hi,
Could provide this info: https://sendpress.com/support/knowledgebase/what-information-should-i-provide-in-a-support-ticket/
You can remove your url if you like. We don’t need that info currently. Do you know what version of firefox you are using? I have not been able to recreate this on our test sites.
Thanks,
Josh
Hi Josh,
info is attached below. The Firefox version is 27.0.1, but it’s failing on Chrome or Opera as well.
Dirk

Hi xjebediahx,
This sounds like a plugin conflict. Would you be able to deactivate the other plugins you have and see if the problem goes away. If you deactivate one at a time and find the one causing the problem i can look into getting a fix together for it.
Josh
Hello Josh,
the problem seemed to be not your JavaScript, but the JS of the options framework plugin that was used in the theme.
I edited two lines of code there and now it seems to work. And magically also the Create-Email-Button appeared 🙂
Thanks so far.
Dirk
