    I’m sorry to hear you’ve run into issues.

    Do you use any other plugins that add widgets, or Javascript to the dashboard? Could you try to deactivate all widgets, one at a time, and let me know if you find a conflicting plugin?

    I disabled all widgets and the issue still occurred. I disable all my plugin on my staging site and see if I can locate source.
