Wordpress 5.6 changed the version of the jQuery Javasciprt library that it uses. This could break some plugins running on your site. Such a conflict on a page may cause other plugins like Media Library Folders not to work. You could try deactivating all your other plugins and see if the error goes away. If it does, you can reactivate your plugins one at a time while checking for the error until you find the plugin causing the issue. The conflict could also be caused by the site’s theme.
You could also try installing the Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin to see if that helps, but that is not a permanent solution.
Note, for the pervious user who had the issue, version 6.0.6 did not remove the error message but he was able to use Media Library Folders. I was not able to reproduce this issue on my test site so it is likely that the issue is caused by some other plugin on his site.

Thanks, Alan. The jQuery Migrate Helper fixed it. I’ll troubleshoot which plugin is causing the issue later.
One more question. It seems I am unable to move files to the uploads directory. Is that correct or maybe I am not doing something correctly?
I’ve not been able to solve the issue with moving files to the uploads folder. In one test I refresh the page and attempted to move a file a number of time. On a few occasions I was able to move a file but most of the time it would not work. I’ve check the code and all the elements are there to allow drag and drop, but it usually does not work and I have not found an explanation for this. The only thing is upload files to the uploads folder.
