I encounter a problem with input block usage into a Formello form.
When I click on Submit button, a Javascript error appear on the screen : : Uncaught TypeError: window.intlTelInput is undefined. this problem appaer when an input field is mandatory (when is not, there is no problem).

Works well after update with 2.6.3 version.
