    Hi,
I’ve installed popup maker, created a sample popup and added it to our main page. I am unable to open the popup though, neither automatically nor manually through the menu. In the console I see the following error:

Uncaught ReferenceError: PUM is not defined
        at HTMLAnchorElement.onclick ((index):1296)

I’m not sure if this issue is related to the plugin, the wordpress version we’re using or our theme but I don’t see any other errors running our site.

Can anybody help me figure out what’s wrong?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello @fretello:

What condition did you set to activate your popup? It’s activating in the footer of your site (a good thing; that’s what you want). I can see that you’re using the GravityForms plugin on your site, although the popup that you’re having trouble with is not using GF in the popup container.

The error message pertains to an integration file used with a number of 3rd party plugins, including GF.
