Javascript lightbox not working and not taking custom css

Hi,

We are having pro account with printfriendly.com and using this plugin to create pdf of a page but facing following issues.

1.) Javascript popup is not working and page is redirecting to printfriendly.com.
2.) We have added custom css urls but it’s not applying css to the print view or pdf. All of this was working earlier and stopped working few days ago. We have also upgraded to latest vesion in the hope of a fix but still facing these issues.
