Javascript tabbing issue

    hello everyone,

    Im have an issue with my JavaScript used to generate the tabs for my blogroll widget. I know that the <script> should go before the </header>, but WordPress is not executing the function correctly. When I place the <script> in the header and in the sidebar.php i get 2 nav bars. Weird!!!
