Jetpack 3.9.6 error

    When I install Jetpack and connect to WordPress, my blog crashes and gives the following error in the browser:
    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare youtube_id() (previously declared in /home/keypakca/public_html/blog/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/modules/shortcodes/youtube.php:155) in /home/keypakca/public_html/admin/includes/functions.php on line 771
