Jetpack 4.3 Error fetching static.html.

Good night, in the morning actualize jetpack to version 4.3 to my website “proyecto13.com” but when entering Dashboard marks the Siguier error: Error fetching static.html.

I try to enter the route: wp-admin / admin.php page = jetpack_modules but I mentioned marks the error.

No let me see the statistics worpress.com
‘I can not set any module.

I have to reinstall Jetpack?

I upgraded to 4.3 and I too am getting this error, “Error fetching static.html” with a blank statics and at bottom, “Thank you for creating with WordPress”.

Piggy backing on this post to get notifications, should a solution be provided.

I’ve just updated several sites I manage to V4.3 – ALL have the same problem reported here: “Error fetching static.html”

I normally TRUST Jetpack updates not to create too many problems – looks like I need to reconsider…

URGENT fix needed!!

I got the same error message after an upgrade to JetPack 4.3; on WordPress 4.6.

Regardless if the debugging mode of JetPack is on or of.

I get the same error message.
Deactivating the plugin, re-activating and re-connecting to wordpress.com does not fix the issue.

pre 4.3 versions of Jetpack did run flawlessly on the site I use the plugin at.

That’s indeed a known issue. We’re working on a fix right now, and will release a new Jetpack update as soon as it’s tested. You can follow our progress here:

Once 4.3.1 is released, the problem should disappear. Until then, you can install the old version of Jetpack if you’d like. It’s available here:
https://downloads.wp.xz.cn/plugin/jetpack.4.2.2.zip

We are also still having the same issue… despite the above link (https://github.com/Automattic/jetpack/pull/5096) stating it has been tested and works well.

Is this still being reviewed or not?

Yes, we’re still testing the 4.3.1 release. We plan on releasing later today. The problem should be solved as soon as you update Jetpack to the new version, when it becomes available.

Upgraded to 4.3.1 and attempted to reconnect the account:
transport error – HTTP status code was not 200 (520)

Update: it did reconnect on the 2nd attempt. Thanks for fixing this everyone.
