I am also facing the exact same issue after the update 9.9. image carousel is exceeding boundaries and the images are being displayed on other pages as well where it wasn’t supposed to be there. . Please help. http://www.quickethnic.store

This will be fixed in Jetpack v9.9.1.
In the meantime, you may have luck by disabling Jetpack’s “Carousel” feature in Jetpack > Settings > Writing to regain your image functionality.

Didn’t work.
The Jetpack Carousel Feature was already disabled but the issue still existed. I rolled back to the 9.8.1 version and now everything is ok.

Hi, its ok. I have disabled Jetpack untill bug is resolved.
Can confirm, have rolled back to previous version of Jetpack (Rollback Plugin) and the problem went away, its also listed on the elementor forum: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/image-carousel-not-functioning-correctly/

Same issue here, also with the jetpack carousel feature disabled. I´m looking forward to v9.9.1.
