Jetpack activation stressing server

    I have problem with Jetpack activation on CPU usage.

    My server has 3 ryzen epyc cores and soon as i activate jetpack, it will hog all of the performance from every core. Jetpack just starts going rampant with databases.

    Is this connected to AWS slowdowns?
    CPU load shows spikes before deactivating jetpack and after reactivating it
