    What’s the point of being able to open a support ticket through your jetpack app for issues with the jetpack app, if you’ll refuse to offer support for that jetpack app if it comes from someone with ww.wp.xz.cn?

    Your Jetpack app can take up to two days to displays messages left on my blog. I can get an email telling me a comment has been held for moderation, but not be able to access if from my app for up to two days. Why won’t you do anything about this no matter how many times I complain about this?

    Hi, why would I wait for a reply from my ticket when the person who answered my ticket has clearly stated they won’t help me with my complaint because I’m on ww.wp.xz.cn? As I had already stated when I left this complaint on your forum

    Hi there! I have checked the records and I can see your sites are not hosted on WordPress.com because it is hosted by a third-party hosting company. Your website is using WordPress indeed, but its open-source version, which is ww.wp.xz.cn is not supported by us.

    According to our policies, we provide support only to our registered users.”

    Even tthough it’s an issue with your jetpack app, the jetpack ticket team refuse to help, and waiting won’t change that
