What’s the point of being able to open a support ticket through your jetpack app for issues with the jetpack app, if you’ll refuse to offer support for that jetpack app if it comes from someone with ww.wp.xz.cn?
Your Jetpack app can take up to two days to displays messages left on my blog. I can get an email telling me a comment has been held for moderation, but not be able to access if from my app for up to two days. Why won’t you do anything about this no matter how many times I complain about this?
