    I just got a new phone and have successfully logged in to the Jetpack app with the correct account. I have plenty of posts; you can see this on my website. However, the Jetpack app has none in any tab despite having my daily views.

    What’s up with my account?

    Thanks for reaching out!

    I took a look at your site, and it seems like the Jetpack connection needs to be re-established. You can do that by following the steps in this guide:

    Alternatively, you can go directly to the reconnection page by replacing yoursite.com in this link with your actual site URL:

    • yoursite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=jetpack#/reconnect

    Once you’ve reconnected Jetpack, please delete the app from your device, reinstall it, and you should be able to access your posts again.

    If the issue persists after that, let us know, we’ll be happy to keep troubleshooting with you!
