JetPack Backup Does Not Work On MultiSite Networks???

    I was just in touch with JetPack Support and informed that JetPack does not support backups for MultiSite networks. I assume that this is regarding the fact that my site is part of a cPanel/WHM reseller account.

    Is this true? And if so, why did it take talking to several different CSR’s regarding backups for one to finally tell me that a service I have paid for repeatedly over the years does not work?

    Please advise ASAP.

    Yes, that is true, we do not currently support backups on multisite networks, but we are looking into improving that.

    When do you think you will cover multisite networks with the backup service?

    We don’t have an estimate at this time.

    I will be requesting a refund.

    I suggest that you let it be known to users BEFORE they pay for services since reseller accounts are common. Pass that on to upper management. I am very disappointed in how this was handled.
