It looks like there is a permissions issue on your server that is preventing the Jetpack Booster plugin from being installed. The error message “디렉터리를 만들 수 없습니다” translates to “Cannot create directory,” which indicates that WordPress doesn’t have the required permissions to create a new directory under the wp-content/upgrade/ folder.
Check the permissions of the wp-content and wp-content/upgrade directories. They should be writable by the web server. The recommended permissions are usually 755 for directories and 644 for files.
If you’re not familiar with how to change file permissions, you may want to contact your hosting provider and ask them to ensure that your web server has the correct write permissions for these directories.
You can also try to manually delete the Jetpack Boost directory via File Manager or an FTP client, and then attempt the installation again. Sometimes, remnants of a previous failed installation can cause issues, and clearing out the directory can resolve the problem.
