Jetpack cannot connect to website

Hi, I using woocommerce iso and website normal for a long time, but 2 days ago, it’s suddenly cannot update stats, I just install and try connect with a Facebook page, and not install any new, just update all plugin as usual, however, it shows unable to communicate and I also using debug tool also show the unknown error, I don’t know how to fix that. I also try to delete facebook plugin and reconnect again and test with step to fix error in Jetpack but still cannot connect. I’m not sure how to fix it now. Thanks for any help.

I have a similar issue where my webpage will not connect with Jetpack. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Regardless of what I do, it isn’t connecting properly and creating a critical error message that keeps me from viewing my site. Please help!

This seems system wide…. JetPack please help all of us!!! I too have a similar issue where my webpage will not connect with Jetpack. I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I have also restored the website back to a version in January. Regardless of what I do, it isn’t connecting properly and creating a critical error message that keeps me from viewing my site or connecting it to my WordPress.com profile for editing. My hosting provider is also struggling with resolving this issue. I would not pay for JetPack just to obtain service. I would much prefer move the entire site off of WordPress if this is going to be a consistent issue. Please help.

The Jetpack connection itself on your site is fine, but based on the errors we see for your site in the debugger, this looks like another plugin might be interfering with the API calls for some actions on your site.
Please disable all plugins except Jetpack. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of the problem.
If you are able to install plugins, install Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.
Your site is offline due to a fatal error. This is likely due to a plugin that didn’t update correctly. Please see https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/article/common-wordpress-errors/ for steps to troubleshoot and fix this. You can open a thread in the general forums if you need more help with that process.
If you still see Jetpack connection issues after fixing that, contact your hosting provider and make sure that XML-RPC on your site is enabled and not being blocked – the debugger shows me a XML-RPC connection error for your site at the moment, but it will be best to fix the fatal error first, to rule that out as a cause for the connection error.

As you can see, the two other users who posted in this thread have two completely different problems, so this isn’t something system-wide.
Please start your own support thread and include a link to your site, and we’ll be happy to take a look what’s going on with your site. Without a link to your site there’s no way for us to check the connection, though.
Hi kokkieh, thanks for your help, I try to install Health check but it’s still not found any issues, and when I enable troubleshooting mode, I usually refresh and cannot login page troubleshooting, it’s also usually happen near day sometime I cannot access with notify “I don’t have permission to access this page…” some like that.
However, I also try to deactivated all plugin just keep woocommerce and jetpack but it’s still have issues notificate that cannot communicate with jetpack, and same in the mobile app. I think it’s relate with some change in API or facebook app effect that. I just happen after I try sysnc product from WP to FB. But I already uninstalled facebook app in plugin but no use -_-
Just so we’re on the same page, did you already try the full reconnect procedure exactly as detailed at https://jetpack.com/support/publicize/facebook/#reconnecting-facebook ?
Hi Thanks James, I had tried to disconnect from FB and remove business integration from FB page by remove Woocommerce v2 in list but still not communicate with WP -_-
And in the Rest API page of WOO, I have API from Google Ads and another API that I just try add new to test, so is it conflict with Jetpack? actually I’m not so sure how to use the API key in there.

It looks like Publicize is actually disabled on your site. Please go to Jetpack ->Settings ->Sharing in the dashboard and enable that feature, and see if that helps:

Jetpack does not require any API keys. If you have an API key for another plugin that you’re not sure where to add, please contact support for that plugin directly.
Thanks KokkieH, I just think that FB problem so I deleted the plugin and all related but when I turn on publicize and FB as you said and reconnect Jetpack, it looks like Jetpack can communicate again with WP, it doesn’t show error notice that cannot communicate with website again.
However, I usually using the mobi app to looking for stats of order, it’s also have error unable to communicate with WP, so I also sign out, reinstall the app again but still stuck, should I do something else to refresh or reconnect app again?

Are you referring to the WordPress mobile app, or the WooCommerce mobile app?
If your site data in the app is not updating, it is best to contact support for the app directly, as Jetpack only handled the connection between your site and the app, not how the app itself works.
In the WordPress app, you can find the Help & Support section under the Me tab. In the WooCommerce app, tap the gear icon or … icon top-right in the app.
Thanks, I refer to the WooCommerce mobile app, cuz the WordPress app still working like normal, I also ass support in Woo app as you advise.
