Jetpack: Cannot See Connect to WordPress.com Link

    I use self-hosted wordpress blogs.

    On one of my other wordpress sites, i use wp version 3.3.2 and jetpack version 1.4.1 and it works perfectly.

    But then, i installed a new wp blog.
    I installed jetpack plugin, but the link that should be shown saying “Connect to WordPress.com” isn’t there.

    I tried to install it both ways; one via wordpress dashboard and other putting the folder via ftp.

    Nothing changed. After installation, i go to Jetpack tab on the dashboard, and i see only the list of features with only “learn more” links, and no “configure” links..

    What is the problem??
