    Looks like this issue is related to the CustomPress plugin.

    I am also using cloudflare and find jetpack causing the backend to slow down, whereas the front end seems ok.

    There are no known issues between Jetpack and Cloudflare. I actually use both on my personal site and have had no issues so far.

    @zyniker I’m glad yo could figure out what caused the issue.

    It might be useful to run some tests to find out what module is slowing your site down. You can try to deactivate each Jetpack module, one at a time, via Jetpack > Settings in your dashboard, until you find what module is slowing things down on your site.

    This issue has been resolved. It was due to a conflict involving the “share” query used by Jetpack’s Sharing feature and a custom post type with the type “share”.
