    Both before and after the latest Jetpack update (maybe for about a week), my comment section has not been working. I have tried different browsers, have tried accessing it as a logged in admin as well as from the perspective of a blog reader. Most often, I get a notice that the comment is being submitted, but it never shows up – in fact, the comment section simply disappears. Other times, it gives an error notice that the website cannot display the page. Here is an example post:

    Howdy,

    I submitted a comment there a few minutes ago (feel free to delete it), so couldn’t duplicate the problem. Have you tried from a different Internet connection?

    The form that loads is actually coming from http://jetpack.wordpress.com (to allow for the social login options), so it is possible that the issue with the website not displaying error is related to your connection having trouble accessing WordPress.com.

    Hi Brandon,

    Thanks for finally getting back to me. Earlier today I ended up deactivating and reactivating Jetpack and the comments started to work.
