Looks like something has gone wrong today with Jetpack Comments. You can no longer leave a comment on blogs where this is activated. I turned it off on several of my sites and the ability to comment was restored.
This does NOT appear to be theme specific.

I’m running into this too.
Got a note from the Jetpack support team that they were having issues on their end but that it’s been fixed.
I’ve confirmed that I’m no longer having an issue.
