Hi @depuertoenpuerto –
I have confirmed that your website meets our non-commercial definition. I have adjusted this in our records.
To use Jetpack Stats for non-commercial sites, please follow the flow on this page to certify that your site is non-commercial:
https://wordpress.com/stats/purchase
- Check the boxes that apply to your site which make it non-commercial
- You will be given the opportunity to make a contribution toward the service if you would like.
As for the Jetpack account, Jetpack uses WordPress.com for its account infrastructure. The login will differ from your ww.wp.xz.cn account. You can consult this guide to gain access to your WordPress.com account.
Thanks, I have already been able to change the site to “non-commercial”.
Regarding the other problem, the situation doesn’t change much if I try to log in via wordpress.com. I manage to log in, but then I get a blank screen.
I’ve been having trouble logging in for a while now, and for example, if I try to access the stats for a particular post from the JetPack page on the blog, sometimes it works and other times I just get a blank page. Interestingly, if I log in to the stats from wordpress.com I have no problem viewing the same stats.
Hi @depuertoenpuerto –
In order to complete the stats registration, you will need to use your WordPress.com account to add a non-commercial plan. You can do this by going to:
https://wordpress.com/stats/purchase/<<YOURDOMAIN.COM>>
You will want to replace <<YOURDOMAIN.COM>> with your domain. Once the non-commercial plan has been added, let us know if you still have issues viewing the stats from Jetpack in your WP Admin.
I completed the registration without any issues. That issue is resolved.
However, I still have erratic behavior on the statistics pages. For example, if I go to the JetPack statistics section from my blog, the traffic page works perfectly. However, both the details and subscribers pages return a blank page.
Hello there – I tried to check the stats for subscribers for the site you mentioned above, I see the stats data there. Could you please log out to your WordPress.com account then clear the browser cache and login back to see if you can see the subscribers’ stats data there?
If you still can’t see it, please try any different browser to check if the issue is there as well.
Hi there, @depuertoenpuerto,
Do you have updates about that, do you still need help? We usually close inactive threads after one week of no movement, but we want to make sure we’re all set before marking it as solved. Thanks!
