Hi, Jetpack CRM auto creates our WordPress user which is great however, the address fields and phone number fields do not populate in the WordPress User area (We have WooCommerce installed as well), is there a way of ensuring that if someone is created in Jetpack that ALL of their details are populated across into the WordPress User?

    Hello @abcserviceuk,

Can you tell me more about the way the contacts are being created in Jetpack CRM? If your customers purchase something through your WooCommerce store, and the WooSync feature is enabled, CRM is able to create contacts with the address and other information included.

However, if you go to the WordPress user account that can be created at the time, I can confirm that any address or other data can be imported.

Can you tell me about the use case of having the address and phone number in the WordPress user account rather than the CRM contact page? I am asking to better understand how we can help, as I suspect that this might be something falling within our scope of support 🙂

    Look forward to your reply!

Hiya, thank you very much for your response 🙂

    We use Awesome Support.

Effectively, we currently make a Contact in Jetpack CRM which then automatically creates the WordPress User which we can then choose in the tickets of Awesome Support.

Awesome Support pulls the information through from the WordPress User area and not Jetpack CRM area.

What we need is when we fill out the details of the client in Jetpack CRM that it fully updates all of the WordPress User information so when Awesome Support pulls the information through it includes phone number etc.

    Hope this helps 😀

    Hi there, @abcserviceuk,

Okay, so if I got this right, you’d need a way to sync the info from CRM to the WordPress user contact info so Awesome Support can leverage that.

We don’t have this option at the moment – I can issue a feature request for you, but I guess it won’t be prioritised since it’s not a broad feature that many customers would use.

I thought of any other alternatives you could try out, and I wonder if a Zapier zap could help you with that 🤔

If you want to give it a try, please contact us directly (via pre-sales and mentioning this forum thread), and we’ll send you a Zapier invitation.

Another option you could consider is to check whether our Awesome Support Connector can do this for you, bypassing the WordPress account information. If it doesn’t do the trick, a feature request for that extension would get more attention then.

Thank you very much for coming back to me, I have the Awesome Support connector installed and will have a look into Zapier. I have one other thing to try as well so fingers crossed! 🙂 I will come back here and update for anyone else you may want to look into a similar thing.

Thats sounds like a great plan, @abcserviceuk!

If you need to contact us re: a different topic, I recommend opening a new thread, and keep this for this specific matter only. Thanks!
