I couldn’t replicate this issue on my end with the latest version of Jetpack CRM (v. 5.3.1).
Would you double-check if Easy Access Links option has been turned off inadvertently on CRM settings > Client Portal > “Allow Easy Access Links”?
Also, do you happen to have any other CRM extensions enabled, such as Client Portal Pro?

Easy Access links has been and is turned on. Client Portal: angelical flowers.com/clients is also taking clients to the same blank screen.
they are not able to access quotes or invoices. I have not purchased pro in the past. All worked fine before the update.

Based on the link you shared, it seems like it’s not necessarily Easy Access Link issue, but general Client Portal issue.
Since I’m not able to reproduce this issue on my end, I suspect that there may be something specific to your site that’s causing the issues.
Would you check the following:
– Have you checked the troubleshooting steps for the common client portal issues in our knowledgebas guide here? https://kb.jetpackcrm.com/knowledge-base/troubleshooting-client-portal/ If not, please make sure a Client Portal page is set up from Jetpack CRM > Settings > Client Portal. Also, make sure to check your Permalinks settings and we recommend setting it to Post Name.
– In wp-admin, have you checked your default Client Portal page? Would you double-check that the [jetpackcrm_clientportal] shortcode is placed there?
The default page should look like this in the editor:

Make sure that the page is published, not set to private.

Also, would you share what version of CRM you are currently on? I’ve tested on the latest version, CRM v.5.3.1.
I confirmed all of the above. Everything is correct. I’m on the latest version 5.3.1 as well, which updated automatically and when the issue started.
If you go to: angelicalflowers.com/clients you will see it’s a black white screen with no client portal. Eventhough the shortcode [jetpackcrm_clientportal] is in there.

I’ve just revisited your Client portal page and it seems to be working now:

Can you check and see if it works on your end as well? I recommend trying an incognito/private browser to avoid any cache-related issues.
