Jetpack CRM in the backend in contact when ‘ is added the HTML markup is displayed instead of showing ‘

To be more specific it’s showing HTML Entities even though ‘ was inputed.

You see where I’ve circled, I typed it in as decoded symbol but when I save it comes out as the coded HTML entity.

Hi @rubixvi,

Thank you for the screenshot. I was able to reproduce this issue on my end. Here are the steps I’ve taken:

– Create a custom fields ‘Notes’ as a textarea.
– Go to a Contact Edit view, and add a notes with apostrophe
– Go to Contact View, and see the apostrophe rendering correctly.
– Go back to the Contact Edit view, and see the apostrophe showing as '

Would you confirm that the apostrophe shows okay on Contact View mode, like this:
