Jetpack CRM User Level

I understand that you’re referring to the Jetpack CRM user roles included as the Team feature:

We would like to make an adjustment to a user level, so that we can restrict the user of only doing task and appointments

Unfortunately, the user roles currently provided by Jetpack CRM do not include a role whose access is limited to assigning and managing Tasks only.

However, you can restrict team members to assigned CRM contacts only, if that’s something you’re looking for:
