Jetpack “do database delete”

    I installed this plugin on my newly created business website (days old and not open to the world yet). It’s already installed on my various blog sites. After updating Jetpack, my entire database on this new site was deleted. In looking at the server logs the offending call was “Jetpack do database delete.”

    Luckily, this was only three days of hard work that was erased… and not 20-years of blog posts (like on my primary site). I promptly removed Jetpack from all my sites.

    Jetpack shouldn’t affect any of your content, especially not delete all your database. Would you be willing to share those logs so we can investigate a bit more? You can open a ticket from here.
