Jetpack E-Mail Share Not Working

Hi,

The E-Mail share button for Jetpack isn’t working on my blog. I guess it’s something to do with my theme, as activating Jetpack also disabled the menu buttons at the top of every page (home/search).

I’ve done some digging, the theme doesn’t appear to come with a separate jquery version that I can find, I am able to send E-Mails to myself using the “Check Email” plugin, and nothing else seems out of place. I’ve also systematically disabled all my other plugins, and both the menus and the E-Mail share button still refuse to work.

Can someone help me identify the issue and/or fix the theme?
