    Hi,

    I’m experiencing an issue when trying to reconnect Jetpack to my site. Every time I attempt to connect the plugin, I receive the following error:

    There was an error reconnecting Jetpack. Error: The registration secret sent by your site is empty. (Status 500). Which is flagged as a critical error in my site health dashboard.

    To troubleshoot, I’ve already tried:

    Deactivating, deleting, and reinstalling Jetpack.

    Ensuring my site is publicly accessible.

    Visiting https://[my-site-url]/xmlrpc.php, which returns: XML-RPC server accepts POST requests only.

    I’d really appreciate your help resolving this issue. Please let me know if you need any additional information from my end.

    Thank you for your reply.

    I’ve already submitted my site URL and relevant information via the same contact form earlier today, just a couple of hours ago. The confirmation email I received references ticket number #9922347.

    Please let me know if you need me to resend it anyways or provide further details.
